Please allow us to explain what the following steps will be:
- We will contact you be email to discuss any special wishes: for instance a personal engraving on the inside of a ring. Please check your email including your spambox for email from info@v-ran.com.
- In case you didn't know your ring size you will be contacted to make an appointment for measuring the exact ring size at a location of your choice.
- With all the information concerning your wishes and your exact ring size,our expert craftsmen can start the production of your ring to the highest quality possible. This process will take up to six weeks.
- In case you ordered an item with a down payment, you will receive the final invoice with the remaining sum. Once we have recieved your final payment, you will recieve the item.
- V-RAN will send you the ring, packed in a one of a kind, handmade box, by special delivery at the address specified on the invoice.
- After delivery, V-RAN will contact you to make sure everything is in order.
