General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of merchandise by Sensorise ("V-RAN" or "we") to you or through the website v-ran.com or v-ran.nl (the "Site"). Your use of the Site to purchase merchandise or otherwise, indicates your agreement to follow and to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, other notices which may be posted on the Site, and all applicable laws and regulations. Please read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before accessing and using this Site.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by V-RAN. Orders will be confirmed in writing, by e-mail. Once accepted, the order may not be changed or cancelled except as otherwise provided for in this Terms and Conditions or as required by applicable Dutch law. Customers may also place orders by emailing info@v-ran.com.
For each product selected on the v-ran.com website, an order confirmation or invoice will be emailed featuring a photograph of the item, color, quantity selected, unit price, and the total amount owed for the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to check that this displayed information accurately reflects their selection before confirming their order by making the payment.
Upon confirmation, the order will be sent to V-RAN for processing. While every effort will be made to ensure the color, design, and style of the V-RAN products displayed on the v-ran.com website are representative of the original products, slight variations may occur for technical and other reasons.
Accordingly, V-RAN shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of V-RAN products displayed on the v-ran.com website. If the customer has any questions about the products, they may contact the customer service department by emailing info@v-ran.com or using the contact form on the website v-ran.com.
V-RAN has the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has had a dispute concerning a prior order, or if V-RAN has reasonable ground to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions, or is engaged in fraudulent or grey market activities. V-RAN also has the right to refuse orders exceeding either 5,000 euro or 5 units.

Availability
V-RAN reserves the right to change the assortment of items offered on the v-ran.com website from time to time without prior notice to the customer. V-RAN will not be liable if any product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable. In the circumstance that any item a customer selects becomes unavailable after confirmation of the order, the customer service unit will inform the customer by phone or e-mail as soon as possible.
The customer will have the option to choose another product (a surcharge may be applied in case the chosen product has a higher price than the originally orded product) or cancel their order, unless the order which was made was a multiple order, in which case the customer service unit will inform the customer by phone or email to communicate which part of the order will ship. The customer will only be charged for the part of the order which is shipped and may then choose another item to replace the unavailable item, which will be processed as a separate order.

Confirmation of Orders
In order to process the order, the customer must click the 'complete purchase' (or similar) option on their computer. Upon confirmation, the order will be submitted to V-RAN for processing and may not be changed or cancelled except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or as required by applicable law. V-RAN records evidence of all transactions between V-RAN and its customers. In the event of a dispute between V-RAN and one of its customers relating a transaction conducted on the website, the data recorded by V-RAN shall be treated as evidence of the details of the transaction.

Prices and Payments
The prices of V-RAN products are indicated in EURO, excluding taxes and local duties and including shipping costs.
V-RAN does not charge state, county and local tax as required by applicable law, except for deliveries to The Netherlands. At customs, extra taxes may be applied. V-RAN reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the v-ran.com website at any time without prior notice to the customer. The customer will be charged the prices displayed on the v-ran.com website at the time the order was confirmed provided that the products are available at that time. The customer is required to pay for any order placed on the v-ran.com website immediately upon confirmation. We only accept payment by bank transfer or paypal. In cade of a downpayment, the remainder of the balance will be charged by separate invoice before the ordered items are shipped.
All order are payable in EURO. Please note that your order must contain at least a valid billing address. Your order will only be dispatched once V-RAN has verified your payment method, verified the provided information, and received the amount in question on our bank account.
If any of the products in the order are unavailable, V-RAN will only charge the price, taxes and shipping costs for the goods available and provide a refund for items undeliverable.

Reservation of Title
Products ordered by customers will remain the property of V-RAN until V-RAN has received full payment thereof. If there is any problem with payment, the customer is responsible to return the goods received to V-RAN immediately upon request. The customer accepts all risk for the goods (including loss, theft, or damage of any order) upon shipment.

Delivery Zone
Goods purchased via the v-ran.com website may be delivered around the world, however, V-RAN will not process any order for which a post office box or APO/FPO address is provided. V-RAN will not ship to hotels. Goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. Customers may only specify single address for each order.

Shipping Costs
Shipment is through standard shipment. The costs of standard shipment are included in the salesprice as stated on the website v-ran.com. Other shipment methods are available if required. If you wish to use another shipment method, please contact us. An extra charge may be applied.

Time Required for Delivery
V-RAN reserves the right to divide the order into partial shipments. The delivery time usually takes four to six weeks, however, V-RAN may not be held accountable for delays in the delivery for any reason.

Problems of Delivery
Any failure to deliver or a delivery exceeding ten [14] business days from the shipment date should be reported to our customer service department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us within a maximum of thirty [30] calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order.
Once you confirm receipt of the order, you should check the order to confirm accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, you should immediately contact the customer service unit by emailing info@v-ran.com.
If the products ordered do not conform with the original order, or you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the Return Policy.

Return Policy
It is our top priority to satisfy you. You may return any online purchase without customized engraving or embossing to our customer service center within 14 calender days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. This policy does not include customized pieces or bespoke services. All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging and undamaged condition. Please ship all item(s) pre-paid and insured. V-RAN is not responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any item with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g. re-sized by a jeweler other than V-RAN) cannot be accepted.

You may return your online purchase to our customer service center for a refund or exchange. Your refund will be credited back to the same bank account used to make the original purchase on this site. If the exchanged item is greater in value, you will be charged the difference. If the exchanged item is less in value, you will be credited the difference. If the online purchase is returned for an exchange you will not be charged for shipping costs related to the second shipment.

Authenticity Guarantee
V-RAN guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through the v-ran.com website. A certificate of authenticity is included in the packaging.

Governing Law and choice of Forum
Differences are subject to Dutch law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Hague.

Disclaimers and limitations of liability
Under no circumstance whatsoever shall V-RAN be liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site. Other than as required by applicable consumer protection law or insurance law, if any, in no event will V-RAN be liable for errors or omissions in this information or for any losses or damages, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential resulting from your use or misuse of, or reliance on, any such information.

Binding agreement
V-RAN's order confirmation and these General Terms and conditions of Sale shall be the final and integrated agreement between V-RAN and you on the on the matters contained in this General Terms and Conditions of sale.

Intellectual property and trademarks
All trademarks, logos and service marks (the "Trademarks") which appear on this Website are registered and/or unregistered V-RAN trademarks. Nothing contained in the website should be construed as granting by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on this website without the written permission of V-RAN.
You have permission to electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this website solely in connection with non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping with the website. Unless we give you specific permission in advance, any other use of this website, its content and its information, are strictly prohibited.
